Java Green Peafowl, (Muticus muticus)

Picture
This is a pure bred, DNA tested pure java male.  I have searched for a pure female that I can afford however I have had little luck.  Most sellers are trying to sell mixed females at pure  bred prices.  I  do breed this male.  He has two spalding females, one is 3/4 java  the other is 1/2 java.  So far they have made stunning offspring.  I have one two year old male that is for sale to local buyers for $500.00.  He was hatched in June of 2010  and has his  first full train this year.  He is almost as gorgeous as his father.  Dad is shown above on the right, junior is to the left.  Of the 23 peafowl I have here, junior is the friendliest  male.
